How to Use the Noodle Making Machine?

When using the noodle machine, first pour flour into the flour mixer, add an appropriate amount of water, and mix the flour and water into granular form. Then adjust the roller gap with the handwheel—you must carefully control how much to tighten or loosen the handwheel. Next, put the mixed flour into the hopper, start the machine, and turn off the power in time after the noodles are pressed.

Adjust the roller gap with the handwheel. During the adjustment of each roller group, carefully control how much to tighten or loosen the handwheel; you may try several times.
Put the mixed flour into the hopper, install the cutter and fix the cutter holder, then start the machine. Guide the dough sheet from the third group to the next group by hand.
When pressing noodles, pull out the noodles by hand to avoid excessive accumulation. Turn off the power after the noodles are pressed.
