Causes and Solutions for Dough Sheeter Not Running

1. Machine Faults
Motor failure
If the dough sheeter is damaged or there is a circuit fault, the starting current will be excessive and the motor cannot start. In this case, replace the motor or invite professional personnel to inspect and repair the circuit.
Clutch failure
Clutch connection failure or worn clutch friction plates will result in power transmission failure. It is necessary to replace the clutch or friction plates.
Reducer failure
Damaged or mismatched internal gears of the reducer will cause the dough sheeter to fail to rotate. Replace the reducer or gears as required.
2. Power Supply Problems
Insufficient voltage
When the supply voltage cannot meet the working load of the dough press, the machine will fail to start or operate normally. Try replacing the power supply and confirm whether it matches the dough press.
Power switch fault
Open circuit or short circuit of the power switch leads to abnormal start and stop. Check the connecting circuit of the power switch and verify whether the switch itself is in normal condition.
3. Damaged Belt
The belt is a key transmission part of the dough press. If it is damaged or aged, power cannot be transmitted, causing the whole machine to stop working. Replace with a new belt in time.
Summary
The reasons why the dough press makes noise but does not rotate mainly include machine faults, power supply abnormalities and belt damage, with targeted solutions for different situations. It is necessary to analyze faults case by case.
Before troubleshooting, do not operate the machine arbitrarily to avoid more serious failures caused by improper operation. For parts replacement and maintenance, please choose professional manufacturers or technical personnel for construction.
