The MY-440 Compound Dough Rolling Machine, manufactured by Helper Machinery, is a large-scale dough sheet processing unit designed to support dumpling-making production lines.
The machine adopts an independent drive system, variable-frequency speed control, and synchronized linkage adjustment, providing exceptional flexibility for new product development and improving dough-sheet quality. This structure simplifies automation control and ensures easy operation.
Special Material Rollers
The calender rollers are made from specially engineered stainless steel using advanced manufacturing processes. They are highly corrosion-resistant and maintain precision surface finish over long-term operation. Even when the dough hydration rate exceeds 50%, the rollers prevent sticking—effectively solving the common issue of roller adhesion in high-water dough formulations.
Independent VFD Drive & Automatic Tension Control
Each roller group is powered by an independent drive with VFD control. A distance sensor ensures synchronized multi-roller operation, stable rolling ratios, and consistent product thickness. This design simplifies operation and guarantees uniform dough-sheet quality.
