The MY-540 Compound Dough Rolling Machine, manufactured by Helper Machinery, is a large-scale dough sheet processing unit designed to support high-capacity dumpling-making production lines.
It features independent motor drive for each roller set, variable-frequency control, and synchronized linkage adjustment, providing excellent flexibility for new product development and improving dough-sheet precision and consistency.
Special Material Rollers
The calender rollers are made from specially engineered stainless steel using advanced manufacturing technology. They offer high corrosion resistance and long-term surface stability, maintaining fine roller accuracy even in heavy-duty operation.
When dough hydration exceeds 50%, the rollers remain non-sticky—effectively solving the common sticking problem of high-water dough sheets.
Independent VFD Drive & Automatic Tension Control
Each rolling section is independently driven by a VFD-controlled motor. With a distance sensor to synchronize roller operation, the system ensures a consistent rolling ratio, simplified operation, and stable dough-sheet quality.
The machine rolls dough sheets of various widths and thicknesses according to different dumpling machine requirements. After slitting, dough sheets are automatically conveyed and coiled.
Built entirely of stainless steel and equipped with multi-stage rolling, the roller quantity can be customized. Roller gap adjustment uses a single-handwheel system with a scale indicator for high precision.
