Safety Operation Guide for Dough Processing Machine

1.Inspection Before Use
Before starting the dough processing machine, inspect the overall equipment and electrical connections to ensure there are no abnormalities. Operation may only begin after confirming everything is in normal condition.
2.Operating Precautions
During operation, avoid prolonged reverse running of the dough mixer. Once the mixing bowl is tilted into position, cut the dough immediately with a knife. Keep hands away from the mixing bowl, especially when the mixer runs forward or in reverse.When the dough processing machine is operating, operators are strictly prohibited from putting hands into the mixing bowl to prevent accidents.To ensure smooth running, operators shall add lubricating oil to the oil holes daily, clean the equipment regularly to keep it clean, and change the engine oil every three months.
3.Maintenance
Daily cleaning and lubrication are essential to ensure normal equipment operation. Engine oil shall be replaced regularly, usually once every three months.If any abnormal operation of the dough mixer is found, cut off the power supply immediately and promptly notify the maintenance department for inspection and repair.
During operation, operators shall stay focused and prevent foreign objects from entering the equipment. Maintain high concentration, observe the running status of the equipment, and take immediate action in case of any abnormality, such as cutting off power and informing the maintenance department.Keep hands away from dangerous parts of the equipment, such as rotating gears and blades.
