After a period of operation, noodle production line may suffer equipment faults due to various factors. What causes noise in fresh noodle production lines and how should it be addressed?
1.If motor bearing damage is detected, inject a few drops of lubricating oil between the shaft and bearing, then check whether the noise is significantly reduced. If noise persists, the bearing is heavily worn and needs replacement.
2.Inspect whether the reducer of the fresh noodle production line is damaged. Open the gearbox cover and observe each gear stage. Replace any damaged gears if defects are found.
3.Check whether grease inside the reducer is insufficient. If so, add an appropriate amount of transmission grease. Inspect the commutator for severe wear; replace damaged commutator components supplied by the noodle line manufacturer. Also check the motor rotor for open circuit faults. Remove the carbon brushes and measure resistance between commutator segments. A large resistance value between two sets of commutator segments indicates obvious winding faults at this position.
Maintenance of noodle production line shall start with daily operation management. Carry out regular inspection and upkeep for equipment components to guarantee normal running of the whole line. Keeping the equipment clean is critical. Conduct regular cleaning of the equipment to ensure product quality.
