Daily Maintenance Methods for Dough Processing Machine

The core principles for daily maintenance of dough processing machine are clean immediately after use, lubricate periodically, and inspect fasteners. Always cut off the power supply before maintenance work.

1.Basic Inspection Before Daily Startup
Fastener Verification: Check all fastening screws on the machine body, mixing paddles and mixing bowl one by one. Tighten loose screws with a wrench at once to prevent component falling-off and malfunctions during operation.
Foreign Object Check: Remove ironware, hard debris and other impurities inside the mixing bowl. Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the equipment rated value, and perform no-load trial run after reliable grounding of the machine.
Feeding Compliance Check: Feed materials strictly according to the maximum capacity marked on the mixing bowl. Overloading is forbidden to avoid motor burnout caused by overload.

2.Immediate Cleaning & Maintenance After Shutdown
Power Cut First: All cleaning operations must be carried out after power disconnection. Live operation is strictly prohibited.
Compliant Cleaning Method: Wipe residual dough on the mixing bowl and paddles with a soft damp cloth. Do not scrape component surfaces with sharp tools, and never flush the machine body directly with high-pressure water guns, to prevent water infiltration into the electrical chamber and short circuit.
No Overnight Dough Residue: Clean residual dough immediately after shutdown. Prevent dough from drying and hardening, which greatly reduces the risk of subsequent component wear.

3.Periodic Component Condition Inspection
Transmission Parts Inspection: Check the tension and wear of V-belts and chains weekly. Adjust tension in a timely manner and replace them once excessive wear occurs.
Seal Inspection: If oil contamination is found on dough taken out from the bowl, the oil seal has aged. Shut down the machine immediately for disassembly, cleaning and seal replacement, to avoid oil leakage contaminating dough and damaging bearings.
Rust Prevention for Idle Equipment: Before long-term shutdown, apply an even coat of food-grade anti-rust oil on metal surfaces of mixing paddles and bowls to prevent rusting.
